Carnaby Street is the symbolic home of “swinging London”, and was the centre of activities in the swinging 60’s. It contains a number of fashionable clothes stores for younger folk and (so I’m told) is becoming hip again after a period of being in the doldrums in the 80’s and 90’s. |
