Piccadilly is a symbol of traditional London and the “old order”. There are numerous gentlemen’s clubs and traditional clothes outfitters off from Piccadilly. Piccadilly Circus is a famous and very busy traffic intersection, and is responsible for a common English idiom – "as busy as Piccadilly Circus".
