The Victoria Embankment is a road and pathway that runs along the north bank of the Thames river. It runs from Westminster Bridge to Blackfriars Bridge on the Thames. The photos on this page were taken at the Blackfriars end of the embankment. Two ships that saw service in the world wars are moored here - HMS President and HQS Washington. |
