Aira Force is a famous waterfall located near to Lake Ullswater, just north of the village of Glenridding.  The waterfall itself is about 60 feet in height, and requires a 15 minute walk from the waterfall car park.  Entrance to Aira Force is free, but be warned - the car park is very expensive.

The walk to the waterfall is a pleasant one through a forest
