Blewbury is a village about three miles south of Didcot, and I pass through it every day on my way into work.  Blewbury is noted for its thatched cottages and also for some famous writers who have lived there, including Kenneth Grahame (who wrote Wind in the Willows).

One of the streets in Blewbury - this pub is quite popular with staff where I work!

You see plenty of thatched cottages and buildings in Blewbury

The former school house, built in 1709 for the huge sum of £290!

St Michael's church, for which the main construction work was in the 12th -14th centuries

Like so many villages in England, Blewbury is a pretty and tranquil place
