Fish Hill is the highest point of the northern Cotswolds, and it affords some magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.  Checking around to identify the origin of the name, I came up with various theories, ranging from the site being the location of "The Fish Inn" in times gone by, through to the hill being a place where monks stored fish!

Looking down Fish Hill - note the warning signs!

And looking up the hill from my vantage point

The view in one direction - Broadway is the town nearest the camera

The general view is very impressive - too bad it was a bit hazy when I visited

Now looking to the left from the previous photo, towards the Malvern Hills
