East Hagbourne

East Hagbourne is a small village in South Oxfordshire, very close to Didcot and which I pass every day on my way into work. It makes a very pretty contrast to the industry and modernism of Didcot. According to its Wikipedia entry, East Hagbourne has the house with the smallest window in England, though this has not been verified!

Thatched cottages are in abundance in East Hagbourne

As are narrow streets that are a nuisance when driving them!

Overall, a very atmospheric change from Didcot.
