The Hoar Stone at Enstone in the Cotswolds is in fact the major component of the remains of a large tomb.  The location is not easy to find as it is not signposted, and the site seems to be in need of some loving care and attention.  There are three stones (including the Hoar Stone) remaining erect, and three lying on the ground.  The site is thought to date from around 2500 to 3500 BC.

The Hoar Stone is located in its own little enclosure

The Hoar Stone is actually a large stone with other smaller stones, two of which are still erect

They remind me of the Whispering Knights at the Rollrights - leaning in and talking to each other!
