Snipe Dales is a protected country park and nature reserve in the Lincolnshire Wolds. This page concentrates on the nature reserve, in which dogs are not allowed and which (if you're patient and prepared to wait) you can see a number of interesting species of wildlife. |

At the entrance are the remains of a church, knocked down in 1964
A walk of around 3-5 miles is the main way to see the reserve
The only wildlife we saw on our visit was this rookery - home to some very noisy rooks
A nice day out for these school kids
Though we saw very little wildlife on our visit, the nature reserve is a lovely place
