Switzerland is a small country in central Europe, and my family and I holidayed there between 1990 and 1993.  The region featured in these photos is centred on the ski resort of Wengen, though we always went in summer.  You can still find snow up there in summer, if you go high enough.  Sadly the photos are of poor quality, but they give some idea of what's there.

Travel in the mountains is by train.  The weather isn't always fantastic ...
